Dunkin' - Fleming Island

It used to be the absolute best dunkin'. I always had the best coffee. The last few times it was so bad. I order the same coffee, medium-high caramel coffee with splenda and cream. I had to throw it away the last three times. They are literally a stone's throw from my house, but I won't go back. I'm going to Well's Rd. You seem to have younger children who don't seem to care.

It's a little thing, but annoying. I didn't recognize the drink the first person took to the window, and I was right. She took it back and another person brought a drink that looked like it was the drink I usually get. When I drove away, I realized it was still not what I ordered. But with my schedule and the time I had waited for her to get it right, I didn't decide to go through the drive again.

I was literally asked if I wanted Decaf coffee and I said no and still Decaf. tried to get a refund because I did? m don't pay $3 for a coffee that won't wake me up. Of course the call didn't go through. I just want a refund for me coffee and I don't know how to get coffee from here next time.

It won't go back. Servers must be taught how to treat food and greet their customers with a smile instead of dirty hands. Unfriendly atmosphere. Very sad that young people are not trained in proper hygiene and good manners.
