We ordered banana split and ice cream scoops were so small. 3 scoops combined would be the size of 1.5 scoops. When I asked about the size, the associate just said that is the size of the scoop and it looks big in the picture. We could have just bought 3 scoop ice cream instead of a banana split which would have been worth the money.

2 people skipped line in front of me, but to take their friends orders is priority

This place is barely run at all. If I could make this a no star rating, I would. Or a negative five stars. The people that work here are third world immigrants who don 't care about the customers at all. They are inept, ignorant and horribly rude. I waited 15 minutes behind one couple to get served. One of the people, of the two that work there was messing with the thermostat on the wall and yelling about the temperature. She wasn 't helping anyone at all. Once the other woman started to help us, she ignored me and my daughter, after helping my other daughter, and started talking to another woman who had walked in after us. When I protested, she got in my face. Then she decided to help me and said, What do you want? I lost my composure at that point and said a few things to her and walked out after paying for the one lousy cup of ice cream. Never going there again. The place is a totally annoying environment run by belligerent idiots.

Ordered a two scoop Sunday with caramel and whip. This is what I got. I asked if there were two scoops inside and he said, Yes, the scoops in sundae 's are smaller . Whoever worked 12/10/22 around 9:30pm needs to be further trained on the job and customer service.

Not a very customer friendly place. Asked for some ice cream and the server looked at the container, walked away and started servicing other customer's coffee. No answer. Then I asked what the issue was, she did not respond, would not even look at me, but another server just said no ice cream and then continued with other customers. This is in my opinion and in my experience the most unfriendly customer interface I have ever experienced. One wonders how this survives. Never to return!
