Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Came in and the staff wasn't in front. In addition, the toppings were all over the counter and a complete mess. The floor was dirty. (FYI, it's always dirty every time we come to this place) The girl finally appeared from behind to check us and went straight back to the back after we got out. We sat in the car to eat tables, were so dirty. Then we saw another lady running in and she waited to be checked and she had to go back to get the girl. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Delaney is the absolute best! Had one of the best experiences today when you get frozen yogurt. Absolutely deserves an increase for the stellar service and great conversation. Will definitely be back!
