Very poorly run business. Don’t open a restaurant if you can’t provide good service, quality food, and component staff. I’ll pass on the lengthy response and your cell phone number, Mike. You don’t seem to answer anyway.
They are out of everything. The gentleman at the counter yelled at me when I asked a question. I understand why your lobby is empty during lunch time.

First time customer, the wait was 30 min long, after being patient as I understand that being busy and maybe understaffed was the cause of the waiting period. but when my husband got home(we live 6 min away) the meat to my Philly wrap was cold. Like had been sitting out for awhile cold, and my fries were still raw and overly salty. Honestly when I think Philly I think some sort of cheese is included? Perhaps not in a wrap, I’m not sure? Needless to say I had to force myself to eat it because I didn’t have anything else and didn’t want to hurt my husbands feelings for going to get it for me and waiting on it for that long. The taste was that of old food or undercooked food. I believe in second chances though, so maybe next time I might pick the right day to go. On the plus side, the guy tonight was super polite and apologized for the wait even though I’m sure he was feeling a lot of pressure and was overwhelmed. I can appreciate a person who given the circumstances was sincere about the wait. He would be a reason I would come back. Good customer service goes a long way.
