I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I placed my order on a slow day, but my food was left sitting on the counter for nearly 30 minutes! I eventually had to ask if it was mine, only to be met with an "oops." By that time, the food was cold and unappetizing. To make matters worse, they even blamed me for not going into the kitchen to get it myself.

I placed a to-go order and unfortunately received the wrong bento when I got home. I called them right away, and they informed me that they had confirmed my order when I called, so they couldn't make any corrections. I've been a loyal customer of Hasu for many years, even over a decade, and the previous owner always remembered my regular order.

I've been visiting Hasu at least once a week for the past three years, and the food has consistently been fantastic. While it may not have the upscale atmosphere of some other sushi restaurants, it more than makes up for it with the quality of the food and the excellent service. The bento boxes and rice bowls are also perfect for post-workout meals, as they are healthy and come in generous portions. I highly recommend it to anyone in the Folsom area.
