Costco Food Court - Fontana

The customer service here was a horrible experience for me. The supervisor named Angie and the lady who has black hair with greys all over who wears glasses was very rude. They didn't let me buy my cart because my membership was me as a girl, I am transgender. They gave me a hard time and had me crying on my way out. This is very unacceptable and I will not continue to shop at this location. They had me feeling very uncomfortable! Also I can tell they were talking about me while I was waiting in line, they kept looking and laughing at me.

Food is good, but the new process on picking up the food makes no sense. Before you paid at the kiosk and waited for your number to be called, now you have to stand at another line. I ordered pizza and ice cream had to wait for my pizza and was told to go to the other line and wait for the ice cream before they just gave me the pizza and whatever else I ordered together. I wish my Sam's Club was closer because they're scan and go works great

Today I went to Costco and did some shopping and I had a good experience until I checked out, the cashier Jordan was very helpful and polite but the woman that boxed my groceries (Angie) she wears a red vest i think she 's a lead... I told her that one of the eggs was broken in the pack that I had gotten and could i please get another assuming that she would retrieve it for me since I was checking out, she said sure and just stood there until everything was in the cart then she started looking over my package of eggs as if she were counting them ‍ finally i said let me go back and get them! And she just had this confused look on her face but she didn 't feel like walking I 'm thinking. Whatever happened to customer service???

Today husband and I went to Costco to return a Dyson vacuum which we purchased about 5 years ago. To my surprise my vacuum starting acting up. It would turn off and on and would not pick up all the dirt. I changed the filter and cleaned out the roller and nothing. Manager Carlos was nice to give me store credit and with that I purchased another Dyson. Return policy is A+ and I definitely will be returning for all my future major appliance purchases for the A+ customer service.

Purchased a pizza, chicken bake, hot dog and sundaes. Great food and even better prices.
