Feedback gevenCreated an account only to check this restaurant. we start with the good: the environment is wonderful. really one of the most beautiful places I had dinner at. stylish and relaxed. on a warm august evening with a hauch of le mistral in the air. it's perfect. a very good and, all dinge considered, cheap weinliste. the olive and olive oil are excellent. in the official literature it is said that there is an olive grove of 120 hektar. they get 8 olives as an appetizer. that are 15 hectar pro oliven. the starter of boiled husks was very delicious (but should come with brot) the maitre d was excellent. as someone in a very different job, but regularly monitors more junior staff in a similar way, I could fully sympathize with his air of supporting radiation. the less good: there is a creepy feeling of style over substance. the serving of employees may have been looking good for their good and not their ability to wait tables. the food is very average. and actually embarrassing for the price. some games: bouillabaisse was immersed under half a centimeter oil, with too many bones still in the fish; to this traditional Provençal dish so wrong in his homeage is possibly criminal. and the filet of the dessert with the spicy was requested pink, but came overdone and without detectable note. dessert was an inspiring repetition of the same placide tart basic, with different fruits placed above and I can not help but think that the *very first ding* they would think if they choose chairs for a restaurant is comfort. the wrought-iron wood furniture we were sitting on may have been the least comfortable I ever was in a restaurant. the design of the back of the chair is still pressed into my skin. that sounds like a negative assessment, but it's not. we had a really nice time, and that's because the setting and the ambiente of the place really make up for its mistakes. make sure they go with good business and lower their expectations to eat. prepare for relaxed service and order a cocktail or two. go around the weinberg and the beautiful little chapel after darkness. these are the reasons to go to the chateau d’Eatoublon.
Unbelievable. excellently well served in the magnificient environment by attentive staff. not to miss. good wine from the domaine.
If they are close to estoublon, they must lunch or dinner in la table d’estoublon. it is a very special place. the ambiente, eating and service were all excellent.
Regular in this exceptional restaurant simply don't want them to find it, it's really so good. from the exquisite setting up to the superlative service and exceptional dining and drinks this must really be one of the best all round in the opposite. in the surrounding villages they pay similar prices in far more common restaurants, but this is a meal they will remember
Lunch consisting of several entries we shared with my husband! fresh products, cooked and region, and delicious in addition! the frame is beautiful, the friendly staff and the ratio of quality price quite correct we will return there during our next passage in the alpilles! bravo to the whole team
