I called to make sure they had an ice cream I was looking for and the girl said they did have it so when I came down to get it they closed that area off and said they were no longer serving it so I was very upset that I made the drive there just be be told they won't serve me the ice cream

Stopped by for sweet dessert after dinner around 8pm. Steady stream of customers coming in and out. The staffs were all friendly and patience as we try to decide which of the many flavors to eat. Kiddies enjoyed keiki scoop each of Reese's pieces, chocolate and cookies and crème. They were all satisfied. Happy kiddies happy mama. A good way to end the night

Very clean store, awesome service, and flavors are all up to par and not freezer burnt at all! They keep their dipped waffle cones stocked which is always awesome!

Located in the Waikele shopping center. I stopped in to purchase a ice cake to celebrate Friday! As I looked into the ice cream cake display case the friendly sales associate (Richard) asked me if I needed help. I said to him I'm looking for a cookies cream ice cream with vanilla cake. He then came over helped me to see if there was any in their display. He then said he'll take a look in the back. He asked me if I'm looking for a specific color, if it's for a boy or girl? I told him no it's just for me to celebrate Friday! He then came out with the cake that's in my photo. Asked me if that one was okay? I said yes I'll take it! Then asked, Do you want anything written on the cake too? I felt very valued as a customer. He took the time and helped me to find the ice cream and cake flavor I had came in for. If you're in need of an ice cream cake stop by this location. Staff is helpful friendly, store clean spacious, and there's a few tables to sit enjoy your your favorite scoop or two of your ice cream!
