Kfc - Forest Hill

I went through the drive-thru the speaker did not work I waited 10 minutes nobody said anything so when I pulled up to the window they claim they did not hear me and that I could not place my order at the window and they want me to go back around and order on the speaker I refuse even when I talk to the manager he suggested the same thing so I will not be going back there and I told him that I would not attend they still again whether I'm concerned KFC in Forest Hill on Mansfield highway is a poor self-service

Every time I come to this place they are out of what ever I ask for it says it closes at 11pm I came at 9pm said they were out of chicken how is that? They have 2 wraps for $5 and they never have any !

Ordered through their online app and once delivered, the order was completely wrong. Drove up to the storefront to get the missing items around 9pm and the doors was locked even though they have the posted closing time at 10pm. Won't be coming here again

This place literally never has anything…. Awful service by the people there too.

Ordered from here twice on uber eats, gotten the wrong size drinks both times, received uncut and freezing cold (feels it was yanked straight from the freezer). Waited till driver was at the restaurant due to not having a listed item.
