Mcdonald's - Forest Park

Lady with blonde hair always has an attitude . Dropped my nuggets and wasn’t going to change them. Only changed them because someone saw . Everyone else acts like her because she’s in charge .

Whoever that Ms Kim lady is who is a manager is freaking horrible and needs to be fired YESTERDAY!!! She saw that McDonald's took the money out my account. I even called the bank and she heard on speaker phone that the transaction was done. She refused to give me my 2 double cheeseburgers!!! That's all the order was! My last $3.44 and she refused to give me my food that i CLEARLY paid for. Even threatened to call the police because I refused to leave without a refund or food. My bank also confirmed that the funds were withdrawn by THIS location. Yea Ms Kim, you are horrible and I hope you lose your job. You suck at customer service!!!

The worst McDonald's I have ever visited, full of homeless people, smell of poop, a total disaster. Please close it.
