Big Shot Subs Salads - Fort Lauderdale

I had a five star experience at this sub shop! The food and service were outstanding. Located near the Hard Rock hotel, this hole in the wall establishment impressed me with their delicious subs. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted. I opted for the medium-sized chicken salad on a wheat sub, which I customized with bacon, extra mayo, onions, and tomatoes. The chicken salad was incredibly flavorful, and I couldn't resist finishing most of it due to my hunger. Although a small size would have been perfect, I saved the leftovers for a snack later on. Despite being underrated compared to other sandwich shops, this place served up a fantastic sandwich and provided excellent service by bringing our food to our table and checking in on us. My husband also thoroughly enjoyed his Philly cheese chicken sub. A fun fact: This spot holds a special memory for us as it was where we dined for the first time in Broward when we came to South Florida for a job interview. It's a nostalgic spot for us, offering fresh, affordable, and quick options for delicious subs.

This sub shop has the best subs I have ever had! I have been coming here since 1999 and the prices have barely increased. They are very generous with the meat and toppings, and you can easily make two meals out of a full sub. The owners are a couple who work hard to provide a variety of lunch options, including salads, soups, pita wraps, and, of course, subs. I highly recommend trying their 12-inch monster sub for around $7. This place is a must-visit for any sub enthusiast!
