Was eating a burrito at home and found mould on the tortilla. Not exactly the best thing for a pregnant person to eat.

For what you pay for and what you get is a joke, I got the taco trio. And they are so cheap with the meat and toppings, I will not tell anyone to eat there.

Ordered the Trio Taco Deal from SW Calgary. The hard tacos are TINY. 1/3 to 1/2 of regular hard tacos. And of course when you order it delivered from Skip it's cold. So hey...tasty, sure. But for $30 for three MINI hard taco shells....MINI... ok. If you're desperately hungry for tacos LOL No...make them yourself.

I go to this location once a week because of a lack of other options for the chain. I love mucho’s food but the customer service is terrible. They are understaffed so you have to wait for a long time, once called in a pick up order for 15 minutes and they took over 40. Today I went in and ordered a regular burrito with guac the man making it didn’t heat the tortilla up before making it, and gave me half scoops of everything even the guac I was paying extra for. When I called him out on it he gave me an attitude and tried arguing. Wouldn’t recommend this location if you have other options! Also very fitting that most other customers are complaining about portions and service.
