Dunkin' - Fort Myers

Worst coffee in any Dunkin I been in and by 11 am the coffee is even worst lol It’s been like this for years

Ordered 2 drinks an took them 45 min to make one she then tells me the other one is coming up . I wait 20 more minutes just to be told they never got it . I said umm hello they where ordered at the same time she goes ohh I didn't get the other one . I asked for a refund and the girl gets an attitude with me . This place Is the worst by far an the owner should be fired themselves for allowing this to keep happening.

This place is always busy so make sure you are patient. There is no drive thru but the staff is always friendly, helpful, and hopping to get the orders done. They have a nice place to sit inside (small) and outside (with umbrellas). I will say that I just started using their app and that is definitely the way to go! Order ahead, walk in walk out! Thank you for a great experience!

This is the worst Dunkin that I've ever experienced. I base this on the food (quality and accuracy) and the service (wait times and staff attitudes). The atmosphere is just a lot of people milling around hoping against hope to get their order. There are so many good choices for breakfast/coffee around here, but this just isn't one of them.

7 people in line, 2 people working. I waited 10 minutes in line and they only took one person's order. If want to to wait 30-45 minutes for a coffee, this is your place!
