Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

For din in order and took 35 minutes to get chicken pliers. that is very bad. like a Cajun chicken. not tasteful. Impress the first time and not with the food. Milk is much better if they are looking for high quality chicken. service was good.

Disappoint. to tender offers that were too chewing and you could say that they were frozen. no cutlery for the coleslaw. just a few serviettes for a lot to eat. avoid that zaxby is in future.

The antimaid aisha was very rude. she took my command for my friend and I and forgot my food. my friend got her meal, but my friend never came out and when we brought her to her, she gave rude attitude and claimed that we were wrong when my input clearly said we had two meal times and received only one. She rolled her eyes when she broke out the meal and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. then she went about our table and stared constantly while we ate and made our first experience disappointing. do not recommend and do not return.

The staff was polite and working the whole time to keep the restaurant clean. I've been all over the country and this is, by far one of the best. Food was consistent and I've never seen a staff, without directed to, pick up and clean the paper, floors and other areas post Covid. Most restaurant staff appear to be less than motivated. But not here. Fantastic experience and great food!

I am not the type of person to leave reviews on Google ever but I just went to this Zaxby's at 10:15 P.M. thinking it was open until 11 P.M. as the website says. I pull up to the drive thru and sit there for a solid minute saying hello and waiting for a response. Ultimately didn't hear anyone, so I went to leave thinking they were closed and passed by the drive thru window to see 4-5 guys in there talking doing nothing smiling and giggling. So I go back around thinking maybe now that they saw me, they would take my order. Go back around and say hello patiently waiting for a response, say it again and I hear them go on the mic and start laughing on the other side. I drive off upset and embarrassed to see they had shut the lights off. Will never go back and give my business to them moving forward.
