L&l Hawaiian Barbecue - Fort Shafter

Aloha: while this is one of the originals locations for L&L it showes it. Very old looking, and needs renovations but it should be known that it's just a pick up window with a few seats if needed. The food is still very good and standard for L&L.

The lady that works there has no knowledge of friendly customer service. Her manners are poor. She hands back my credit card and receipt without a word. When I tell her what I ordered, she says it’s at the other window even though the lady at the other window was busy counting coins or something when I got there. I’m not going there from now on. My wife ordered a chili bowl and she did not like it.

Liliha location has delicious and generous portions. It's worth the visit.

If you go for lunch too late you may not get what you wanted because they sell out fast.

We often stop off here on the way to my grandparents, the lady is awesome. They are quick and food is yummy
