I am only writing a review because this has happened to me twice on Saturday here. Both times my hot coffee came to me in a hot coffee cup stone cold. I gave this place a 3 because the crew that works during the week in the early morning are amazing. They are a 5. The weekend crew is a 1.
There was an event at the mall today but even with the lines not being that bad the Starbucks staff could not keep up with the orders coming in from the mobile orders. Even heard a staff person say she was freaking out. Shame on the management for not having extra staff for the mall event.I waited almost 20 minutes for a Nitro Coffee. Watched as the people before me then the people behind me got their more complicated orders.I asked politely if my ticket was lost in the shuffle and the staff got very matter-of-fact with me.“We fill orders in the order they come in”.There’s no reason I should ever have to wait longer for a coffee than I would a meal at a restaurant. Especially a nitro coffee.I left my ticket at the barista station and told them to cancel my order. I’ll be surprised if I see that money go back on my gift card. I’ll never go back here if they don’t.Do better. If you can’t staff appropriately then turn off mobile orders.
Manager listened to my concerns and took care of it swiftly even when it wasn’t even her location. Thank
I walked in to order, waited 20 minutes for 3 lattes and watched about 25 phone orders get priority. Horrible customer service
