Confectionately Yours - Fort Smith

I come from work to house and my man shares with me that he had the worst experience at confectionately yours. he shared the worker about the theke was very rude and not at all helpful with what he was looking for. customer service he had in one because, and it is particularly difficult to leave a bad rating when it is a local load. he still bought me a present for Mother's Day, but he said the worker didn't even try to look at him or give him the package after he had paid. I never had a bad experience with this business, but that one time my man goes for me, he's badly treated.

They have made an absolutely fantastic job on our high-time cake! we wanted three seperate cakes and they came great! very tasty! would they highly recommend!

I have worked with this bakery for about five years now, with orders ranging from birthday cakes to chocolate covered strawberries to wedding cake. The service has always been great. On the two occasions a mistake was made, the staff were great about fixing the error and offering a quick and fair resolution. My wedding cake was delicious and the cupcakes were a hit at my October 2022 wedding. Special thanks to the wedding cake coordinator who was excellent and really understood my vision and design.
