Arby's - Fort Wayne

I tried to use the drive-thru at this restaurant but was unable to get assistance at the speaker/order menu. I ended up driving up to the window, where a young man named Elijah saw us but ignored us and walked away. Frustrated, I decided to go inside to get carry out in hopes of dealing with someone more helpful. Unfortunately, the same unhelpful Elijah eventually came to take our order. He was rude, moved slowly, and even coughed all over our food. While the food at this location is usually okay, the service has been consistently slow. After this experience, I definitely will not be returning.

The food was awful!! Just look at my order of buffalo wings - they were cold, not boneless, and looked like cat poop. This was the worst fast food I've ever been served. I couldn't bring myself to eat any of it and had to throw it away. It looked too disgusting to eat! Additionally, they forgot to include a drink and a cheese cup. I will never go back to Arby's. I will be going to Culver's from now on instead. Avoid this place at all costs. Meal type: Dinner.

The restaurant gave me an order with less meat, took it back and threw it away, then replaced it with the same amount of meat. Food quality, service, and atmosphere all rated 1 out of 5.

Corporate needs to close this store...what a joke 25 min in the drive thru all 1 star ratings I wonder why.

The last couple of times I have visited it has been around 8pm and I go through the drive-thru and no one takes my order after waiting several minutes and saying “hello. I figured they must have just closed at 8, but after looking online it shows 10pm. So either they only take orders when they feel like or they just close whenever they want each day. Super frustrating. Won’t bother stopping next time. Service: Take out
