Awful customer service! waited 15 minutes until my order is taken, then co-workers who took order was very rude, pushy and had terrible hygiene. the worst experience I ever had with almost food! don't go to this place!

This bk has the best service for any fast eating in the city.

I've been through the trip. the hired who interrupts the order, always told me, do not tell me what they want on their burger, they just tell me what they don't want me to explain to him because of medical restrictions, I need my eating a certain wise, he kept barking don't tell me how they want to tell me what they don't want. After a few interruptions, I told him okay. when I tried to pay my crown card that had a ten dollar bug, he claimed there was no money in the card, but it took a few to ask to get the card back! I paid cash and went, he was so rude that I called the headquarter, they confirmed that I had a 10-dollar balance. I never go back to the load on spy run. loved bk! Not so much now.

Good place ? Never had an issue with any order here and we pull in quite a bit at this one
