Feedback gevenMy wife and I stayed at the penn station this afternoon on colosseum. we have to make order. it took about the usual 10 minutes for them to fill our order. to eat home. fries were fresh. meat was shameful. I like her chewing brot. mayonnaise with skimpy. everything in all, the restaurant seemed pretty clean. I'll go to my order, I'll go 10 minutes and then they'll call me and I'll go. I guess this is the price they pay for fresh food. I would have given them five stars if there were more flesh on them. the staff does not seem excessively friendly, nor did I notice that they are rude. that's just what's good.
I’m a regular. I always order the same thing Yesterday I got the best Chicken Teriyaki sandwich I’ve ever had. The bread was toasted to perfection.
Excellent subs and fries. Ordered via their website and avoided any wait picking up my lunch. Service was fast and friendly.
Service was great, an employee was more worried about taking her break than worrying about customers. That's understandable sometimes. My sandwich leaked through the bag so by time we got to the car I had a mess on my hands. Hopefully they can try to get plastic bags to help with the take out orders.
Forced to go here because your stellhorn Rd location doesn't answer their phones. First time there, waited 20 minutes while my order was done and sitting forgotten on a counter behind the register. One of your girls on the counter was crying. Had to leave the counter twice? Why's she there? Send her home you monsters. The lady I assume was manager was just complaining about Stellhorn not answering their phones and people calling her to complain. I share her sentiment, but pay attention to your own store and people being ignored. Took 20 minutes before someone noticed I'd been sitting directly in front of the counter waiting. Now it's cold food for my wife and I. A typical Penn Station experience. If my wife didn't make me come here I'd never visit another of your locations in my life. What a happy life that'd be. Quick edit. The food was made incorrectly. Order took incorrectly over the phone. Tastes horrible now. So add overall ineptness on their part. There's no shortage of sandwich shops go somewhere else people. Their quality countinues to slip and they just don't care.
