I had a great experience dining here. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they assisted me with the menu as well.
In the last few months the staff has become very rude. a few weeks ago I almost had to scream “Hello there!” at the coworker who wore headphones to hear them. this was after the attempt three times to say hello normally and wait politely to notice 3 minutes. Today I tried to make small talks and be friendly, as I know that the dings are hard in food service and have been completely ignored. I then said “Thank you!” after I was handed over my pizza and ignored. I will not be treated so badly when I go out of mine to be polite, friendly and patient. I am the one who should receive the efforts of social probabilities, not I do it so hard for them. I am the one who pays and at least expects the courtesy that I am not ignored like an idiot. I think it was the same person the headphones wore on the other day. I have been protecting this load for two years 1-2 times or more in the week and will now take my business to Palio’s or whole foods.
I used to have a 4-star rating for this place, but after what happened last night and how I was treated without thanks. husband brought pizzas to home and when I was halfway through a disc, I noticed a hair. a little rough.
Service tonight was trash thanks to the rude lady that messed up my order then defended her mistake papa Johns deserves better than This bitter excuse for an employee
