Feedback gevenI love zaxby’s, but really miss their old soße aromen. I also feel like since the change they have put a little too much sauce on the wings, but this is probably my own preference.
It is 21 2022 at 9 o'clock and I have now in the car thru for legitimate 26 minutes. I said I'm waiting in the middle of my command. you can hear what kind of kids laugh about the girl who talk to me in the car thru. it was just ridiculous, and I didn't even master my order.
Drive thru ordered. Food was good. Only problem was they left out the salad dressing. Was stocked at home so forgive and forget.
Tried to order online via app, but system was down so I called to verify that the restaurant was open (Easter Sunday), and was told we are open but do not know when we will close. Proceeded to drive to the restaurant and placed an order in the drivethru at 6:13PM. Placed my order for 5 chicken fingers, Cobb Salad and 6 piece chicken finger meal w/ Coke Zero and a few extra sauces. At the window, I was handed a drink with the lid covered in soda, asked for a few napkins and the employee acted like it was a hassle to hand me a few napkins. After paying, I was asked to move forward and someone would bring my food out. Young lady brought out one item in a bag, I quickly stated this was the wrong order. She asked what I had ordered, and I only responded with naming two items before she started walking off. A few minutes later she brought out another bag, again with the wrong items. I went inside to let the team members know I received the wrong order again and was told my chicken was still cooking. During this time, the gentleman working the front counter had his back turned facing the kitchen, leaned against the back counter and his underwear hanging out of his pants. The young girl that previously brought me two wrong orders, walks thru the counter service area, stops to take a selfie, then proceeds to watch videos on her phone, leaned against the same counter facing away from the guests. Eventually receiveded my order at 6:33PM, 20 minutes after ordering, just to have two missing items from my order...Cole slaw for the finger meal and an extra sauce. This is the third and final time that I had problems with this location. I will NOT return. Poor management both at the local and regional level and employees who are more interested in Tik Tok and chatting with other employees.
We have ordered here at least once a week for a long time...with the dining room closed now and the lack of staff, the drive through has been so crazy that there is no way I can wait in that line anymore. And whenever we do curb side pickup orders, the order is ALWAYS wrong now. We waited for an hour and got given the wrong order only to find out or order wasnt made so we had to wait longer for it to be remade. We'll definitely be choosing a new weekly tradition for chicken.
