Feedback gevenThe restaurant definitely needs more seating—there were only four tables and no waiting area where you could enjoy a drink. Additionally, the bakery display was quite disorganized, and nothing appeared to be fresh. They could really use some assistance to improve the situation.
I am not satisfied with this location. I've been using the mobile app to place my orders, but the last few times, they claimed my mobile order didn't go through, even though I chose this place because it's the closest to me. They really need to fix their system. I can't afford to be late for work just trying to grab breakfast and coffee anymore.
I understand that there are many Starbucks locations, and I've had excellent service at several of them. However, this particular location was disappointing. They seemed to be severely understaffed, and the staff didn't seem fully focused while preparing drinks. I waited 12 minutes for my drink, and it wasn't even that busy.
This place as extremely understaffed. I received food items, but still waited on my drink for 40 minutes since the time I placed the order on mobile app. The stuff wasn't able to help other than mentioning that I'm waiting on my drink which I already knew myself. When I was finally helped, I heard no sorry and wasn't given $4 card usually given at other Starbucks locations when the mistake is made.
Worst service ever. Have to wait 10 minutes for a cup of ice for my water while pregnant. And not the slightest apology from any of the staff. Even after she gave me a cup of water with ice when I had just asked for a cup of ice.
