Low N Slows Bbq Catering

The slider sampler was really good! The corn bread was a bit dry and could have used a pad of butter. I had a bowl of chili and was surprised of the smoke taste. I asked about it and was told they grind up the burnt ends and add that to the chili. I would have rather just ate some burnt ends, but it does work in the chili. The mac cheese was cooked just right and had a good taste but I had to much of the other items to enjoy it). I will return and try other items on the menu. The place is attached to a gas station and is on the small side. If you need to use the restroom both the resturant and the gas station share it. I suggest you give it a try if your heading up to the Green bay area from the south, the place is just east of I-43 the Francis Creek exit. The staff is friendly and the food came out quickly. UPDATE: they moved to downtown Manitowoc, same menu. If your looking for smoked food this isn't the place. The food is ok and service was fast and friendly.

I had an excellent pulled pork sandwich! The staff were friendly and took the time to ensure that my experience was fantastic. I can't wait to come back and try more items from their menu!

Although the menu choices and descriptions were quite appealing, the actual food didn't quite meet expectations. There's another BBQ spot in town that is much more enjoyable. I probably won't be returning.

I enjoyed the ribs, coleslaw, and potato salad. The smoky flavor was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was pleasant, and the waitstaff were very nice. There are so many more dishes I want to try!
