Hey Jerry - Frankfurt am Main

This is a little sandwich stand in front of a grocery store. There are hotels in this neighborhood with expensive restaurants but no casual dining. We got a couple of subway sandwiches and they were fabulous! Not much variety, sandwiches and a couple of salads...but great quality. There are a few stand-up tables out front.

They seem a little shady but the sandwiches were surprisingly good. Since there is nothing else in the area you really don't have any choice but to give this place a try.

So your options at the NH are pretty limited and since I tend to be be disappointed in the hotel’s monopoly restaurants we tried out Hey Jerry because of TripAdvisor recommendations other wise I would not have given this place a second look and watching...other hotel guest walk by and walk away it clear they are not on TripAdvisor. It is true this place is not much to look at from the street but you cannot judge a book by its cover. The two sandwiches were very tasty and my son’s chicken wings were pretty good too. Die Sandwiches dauern zwar sehr lange, sind aber wahnsinnig lecker und auch preiswert. Die anderen Speisen sind gewöhnlich. Die Bedienung war authentisch und freundlich. Im Außenbereich kann man sich hinsetzen, auch wenn die Luft dort etwas fettig ist.
