Chili's Grill - Franklin

Service was decent for not being to busy on an afternoon. Sat at the bar with no bartender so my server did both jobs. The spot I sat was not cleaned and sticky. Paradise margaritas was delicious. The salmon lunch was pretty good for the cost but wasn't sogreat I'd have to go back and have it.

Very uncomfortable atmosphere. We asked for plates for our appetizer when the manager came around and were greeted with an attitude and snarky comment that she 's glad we still enjoyed our food without them. Our food order was incorrect but the manager(Alex) was uncomfortable after I explained the situation and let one of her employees bring the new food out. This employeewas yelling at the top of her lungs when calling out the food, not sure if it 's to bring attention to the table or what. Theycame to our table twice while we were eating to ask if we needed boxes in order to rush us out when we did nothing wrong.Terrible customer service, Alex Mather has the biggest attitude, I really hope it was a bad day she was having but still noexcuse for unprofessional behavior. We were uncomfortable and left no tip, so disappointing because we 've visited this locationso many times previously.

I had the worst takeout experience. I received a text to pick up my order at 6:15 PM, so I arrived and waited curbside. After checking in, I continued to wait and wait. Eventually, I went inside and was informed that they were backed up—no surprise there. There was no manager in sight, and I ended up waiting until 7:20 PM, which was a full hour late. When I finally got my food home, it was overcooked and mostly cold.

I recommend you save your money. We visited today around 4:30 PM, and it was a disappointing experience. My salad had wilted lettuce and tired-looking tomatoes. The chicken enchilada soup was bland, resembling hot water with chips tossed on top. The chicken fajitas were equally unsatisfactory. I raised my concerns with the manager, but she did nothing to address the issues; she simply took the food away and discarded it. I paid for the meal and left without resolution. I will not return to this restaurant, as both the food and customer service were terrible.

The restaurant no longer offers the original chicken crispers. Instead, they serve a breaded cornflake chicken, which the server didn’t mention when I placed my order. The corn also seemed to have been sitting out for a while, as it was visibly unappealing.
