Mcdonald's - Franklin

We stopped being able to eat breakfast before darkness. The staff were super friendly, and the service was great. There were some customers during our visit, and they have constantly blurred the floors, the bathroom in stock, etc. We decided to see the Ekplise here instead of going to our original destination. The manager was friendly and ensured a safe, fun experience for everyone.

We were on our way and stopped at this McDonald'sfir dinner. You could not ask for a more friendly staff and very accommodating. When I returned home, which was 5 hours away from these McDonalds, I realized that I had left my bag hanging on a chair there. I was next to me, but I called and they had it in their safe. Staff Anna and Emily were nice enough to send it to me and I cannot thank them enough!

I'm a big fan of McDonalds. Love my website in Bloomfield Hills MI. Tamala was the best greeting with the most beautiful, helpful and friendly personality I met in numerous McD visits in my 3 weeks holiday in several states. As always, my food was perfect there as it is in most stores. TAMALA made the stop special!

One of the kiosks was down. The Coke machine was down. I had two special special orders and they messed up both of them. One no pickle and one no onion. And they couldn't even get that right. Although I did get free apple pies for the messing up the order
