Wendy's - Franklin

The workers are saints. But they're so understaffed. It's completely understandable when the manager is just walking around the back doing nothing watching their workers struggle.Food: 5/5

One at a time wendys. 3 guys in kitchen are not quite ready to adventure off in taking multiple orders at one time. Food is always hot though.

Took 45 min at the order site . When I drove around there was two male employees playing around not working, looking at cash drawer… etc. I left and called 911

They never have anyone inside running the cash register. That’s three times now I have been told to leave and go through the drive through. No sign on the door or register. They just stare at you.I’m hard of hearing and it’s difficult for me to order through the speakers.I will never go here ever again.

I would give zero stars if I could. My husband and I walked in at 3pm on a Monday afternoon to get two drinks. Stood around for 5 minutes because no one was up front and all hiding in the back. Kept getting ignored when saying “Hello?” Finally they saw us and said “Only taking mobile orders.” Us and the lady behind us were very confused. When walking out, you could hear them laughing to each other. Never ever coming back to this Wendy’s :
