Subway Restaurants - Franklin Lakes

Beyond the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. The employees are scummy and purposely overcharge while under serving.I will be raising this to corporate if the manager continues to ignore my calls I’m told to call early afternoon but the manager is conveniently never in. Nothing special. Ordered a meal with a coupon, only to be told afterwards that their computer program for coupons wasn't working. Won't be back.$10.00 for a 6 in sub and small tea was ridiculous!

Slow never prepared how are they still even open…STAY

The lady behind the counter knows my order every time without having to tell her. Great location.
