Nice to customers, but the food pictures on the menus are not the food you?re purchasing which was told to me by an employee. Literally manipulating the customer. Look at the menu picture of spaghetti and meat sauce vs what they serve, despite me bringing it to their attention. Won?t be returning.
This pizza is NOT EVEN CLOSE TO A NEW YORK PIE!! It's nothing more than a chain pizza company piggy backing off of the lore of New York style pizza. It truly tastes like a glorified frozen pizza. Very disappointing. The meatballs were bland. The Ceasars salad was uneventful. If I had to guess I'd say the food comes in frozen in bags and they reheat everything to serve per order. See for yourself.
I ordered a Med. Special and got home only to see what looks like a very small pizza. The crust was what a frozen grocery store pizza would be, crispy and hard. Not something I've experienced before at Manhattan Pizza. Very very disappointing the dwindling quality every time I stop by. After calling and being informed that the kitchen said that is the right size only cut into 4 pieces, I was appalled at how small the pizza is for the price of a large I could get somewhere else. And its definitely not a Manhattan Pizza, I grew up in NYC, moved to DC 15 yrs ago. Do yourself a favor and just swing by Wegman's to get that frozen pizza or the one they make for you. Little Caesar's is much much better than this.
This pizzeria is great! The staff was friendly and informative, and the interior of the location was really cool! Love the concrete tables. Didn?t get the chance to try the gelato but I?ll be back soon!
