Chick-fil-a - Fredericksburg

Although the restaurant was always crowded, the staff was beautiful and hard-working, which made the wait bearable. We have had bad experiences at other restaurants where we were ignored, but this place is our favorite. The staff is generous with sauces and the food is always fresh. I want to thank them for their hard work and friendly service.

I have been enjoying Chick-fil-A for lunch multiple times a week, and it is hands down the best option in the Fredericksburg area. They are consistently fast and efficient with their service. While I do wish they still offered a pick-up option and their parking situation can be a bit chaotic at times, I attribute these issues more to the design and the drivers rather than the management. If you find yourself in Fredericksburg, I highly recommend stopping by Chick-fil-A.

I have never had nuggets that were actually boiled since the only time I tried them was 15 years ago at the shopping center. They are blonde on the outside, contrasting with the pink interior. They are never cooked directly on-site. There was a drive-thru years ago where customers would receive raw nuggets, thankfully they would only find out once they got home 20 minutes later and the restaurant would not do anything about it.

A few tips a stay full of every day, I mean every day! but eating is good so I can't really complain, I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe they also a lil expensive

Customer service is excellent as always! However, my waffle fries ? had dark marks in them and weren't cooked enough. They didn't have a crispy outside like normal.
