Hardee's - Fredericksburg

The current Google location is incorrect. I drove down to the location and went down unpaved gravel and dirt roads. And guess what. Didn't exist. Waste of 10 to 20 minutes just circling back and forth trying to see if it was there. And still wasn't

This location is horribly run. no manager oversight, horrible service, extremally long wait time to be served at the drive through and long wait time for your food. I pulled into this locations drive through today at around 11:10 AM. puled up to theplace where you order. sat there for almost a minuet and a half before someone said I 'll be right with you. it took anadditional 4 minutes for the person to say welcome to Hardee 's, what can I get you? . I ordered a #1 (famous star , No tomato,extra lettuce. the person repeated the order to me correctly and said the total was going to be $9.10. I pull up to the windowpaid and got my drink. at this point the person at the window disappeared to the back. there was another employee in thebackground shuffling back and forth seeming to act busy but not actually doing anything. this went on for another 13 minuets.FINLY my food arrives at the window. after all that waiting all I get is a here you go ... no sorry for the wait ' no have anice/good day , nothing. I drive off a little peeved but think ok they just had a rush and they needed to make more food(there were only 4 cars in the parking lot and 1 car ahead of me in the drive through. who BTW, left before I got doneordering. I reach in the bag for a few fries and find out that the fries are not fully cooked and barly warm (defiantly notwithin food temp regulations . I pull off the road to check my burger. low and behold.... soggy bun, No lettuce, No onion, driedout and burnt patty and fat glob of mayonnaise haphazardly dolloped in the center. All in all this trip cost me $9.10, 20+minutes and a horrible experience. if I could rate this place with no stars, I would. I will never return to this locationagain.

The food was average and the service was also average.

Goodness gracious! Let me tell you about this restaurant. The burgers were still frozen in the middle, so I had to return my order and ask for it to be made fresh. They did so without any issue, but here's the shocking part - the person collecting trash from the bins was also the one cleaning the bathroom without gloves. He then returned to the counter to bag my order without washing his hands or wearing gloves. I refused the order and asked to speak to the manager. When she arrived, the employee whispered something to her as I explained the situation. She defended him by saying his hands were clean, but I questioned how she could know without being in the back. She then became defensive and rude, blaming me for a mistake with the fries before walking off. At that point, I had lost my appetite. The place was dirty with sticky floors, clogged toilets, and even homeless people camping out in the lobby. This restaurant needs to shut down.

The manager worked hard in the kitchen to ensure the food was fresh and tasty. Although we did have to ask for the sourdough burger to be cooked further as the bread was raw, the other burgers we tried were delicious.
