Kfc - Fredericton

Very slow getting the food out. Servers were not overly friendly and spoken amongst themselves often. Not a good experience.

Extremely Poor customer service! I ordered one thing, they put it up in the window. Each person working ignored it. I waited 10 mins, while my food just sat in the window, i was the only one their). when i asked for my food, said i dont like to pay for cold food. I got a snarky remark back of “i was doing something”. As i walk away they laugh about it!As a person who works in food service industry costumer services should always be put first and clearly they need more training on that!

I'm sorry, but you can't take a normal chicken breast, a 1pce chicken when served, previously at any of your establishments. Now you've cut the same chicken breast into three pieces and make that a 3pce combo. UNACCEPTABLE for the price...I will no longer be returning no matter the craving.

Great place to eat chicken. Service is good. Never disappointed me.

They were ready for me when i ordered. Took my order, correctly the first time. The food was also way better then any other kfc location in the city!! Great job kfc regent keep up the hard work!!
