Tim Hortons - Fredericton

50/50 chance whether they make the right order. Nothing too extreme, just things like making a cold latte instead of a hot one, or paying extra for a particular substitution only for them to not do so. I usually just roll with it as food is food, but it can get exasperating some days.

Decent Tim's right in the heart of Fredericton, although the food is as you expect the service isn't really. The people are kind, but how they serve confuses you because they just put out stuff, call the item, and then forget what said item was. I ordered a crispy chicken wrap. It was good! However I was confused if what they placed on the counter was my order because they didn't call it, and another woman came to ask if this wrap was a sausage egg wrap and the employee said I think it is. Thankfully the woman suspected it wasn't that and after a few minutes they realized it was my chicken wrap.

The worst Tim Hortons experience ever. Did mobile order and was waiting in queue, order was not on pickup station, when asked employee told me they don’t have caramel toffee topping and asked if want only caramel topping. I said okay and when given to me , there was no sugar I specially added it from app). I just didn’t drink that I threw it. And I also waited about 15 minutes in queue. Very disappointed. Never coming back here.??

I almost never write bad review. And this is the first time I ever do so. I was on my way to visit Montreal from Halifax and stopped at Fredericton. It was a long drive and had a bad sleep last night. I bought a small coffee from this Tim Horton and want to take a break to have a bit nap time for 15 min to 30 min. Jashar and her manager today was super rude to me to ask me not to sleep. They said there is a policy but not able to show it. Then they even threatened to call the police just for a customer who wants to have 10 min rest in the store…I lived in Victoria, BC, Toronto and Halifax and have never experienced something like this in Tim Horton, very disappointed.

Staff was kicking out a homeless person as I was ordering coffee. It was done humanely, but seems like this is normal course of business in many places in downtown Freddy nowadays. A nice Tim's but not necessarily family friendly at certain times of the day.Kid-friendliness: Not super kid friendly at certain times of the day.Parking: Nice parking area. Easy to come in and out.
