Table Du Marin - Fréjus

Unfortunately this has changed hands and I would no longer recommend it ! Way to expensive and nothing like it was before. Perhaps with time things will adjust, but ??? It was a great lunch venue before...sorry folks.

Being almost the end of the season, I was hesitant to go in and ask for a table, even though there were only two tables left. Every one was eating Moules (Mussels) they came in about 20 different versions, with cream, with garlic etc.etc. We all chose a starter (salad), well, when the plate arrived, we were rather shocked, it was HUGE.....and delicious.....we shared each others to taste and each was special, fresh and innovative in its presentation. Main courses, were as plentiful, I had chicken with a delicious mushroom sauce, the chips were freshly fried and not oozing with oil, others had a filet of Salmon and of course Moules......the service was excellent, and after struggling through desserts we left feeling rather full and very happy with our choice of restaurant.....I will go back, I hope you will give it a try....it is a beautiful setting at the edge of the harbour with lots of people watching opportunities !
