At first, the food tasted great, but over time we noticed there were some flaws. The falafels were a bit salty, and some of the sides were salty. The food was very healthy and it felt good eating there. The sauces are great too. The frozen Greek yogurt with baklava was yummy.
Like others have noted, this is like a Chipotle for Mediterranean food. I ordered a veggie meal that comes with the option to choose 3 sides, 1 pita bread and portions of basmati rice, lentils, grilled veggies and a bunch of falafels. Fire feta side was quite salty and unpalatable. Other bean based side and salad side tasted great. Grilled veggies were great too. A meal costing around $11.94 with tax was filling. I just felt the staff were bit lethargic in service. We stood in line with no other customer being attended, still the staff were busy in conversations among them. Ambience was neat. Meal was great. Pita bread was tiny.
This place is like a chipotle for Mediterranean food. You first pick the type of dish: salad plate, gyro, or plate. Then you pick your meat: shwarma, beef, lamb, falafel, or shalafel (both the falafel and chicken shwarma). If you picked a plate, you have two sides to choose from. Finally, you get their rice, roast vegetables, and or lentils. Both plates comes with a small pita on the side. I ended up selecting the salad plate with their shalafel. I loved their salad dressing because it was a vinagrette. The shwarma was packed with flavor. The falafel was delicious too. The price is dependent on the meat that you get. I believe it ranges from $10.25 to about $13 bucks without tax. However, it was a large portion, I ended up needing to take half of my plate home. Definitely would go back.
Always good. They have real plates for dine in now and I love that all their to go packages are compost friendly! Even their cups and straws!!
The food is great! I like to get the plate, I'll get chicken, 3 sides and add an order of falafels for and extra $2.50. I think the staff should wear hair nets because they reach over the food when plating or if customers ask for samples. And one time I had the beet salad and they didn't remove all the plastic and I almost ate it.
