Rosa's Cafe Tortilla Factory - Frisco

I like the concept of a hybrid fast food and sit down restaurant. Went there for breakfast and no complaints. Service was good and efficient. My order was right and love the atmosphere. This place also changed my hesitation of ordering flour tortillas.The freshly made tortillas made a huge difference. I could eat those with just some salted butter. Will definitely back to trylunch or diner.

Food is generally good here, steak fajitas are the best for a quick meal. I've had their breakfast tacos and they are really tiny burritos. Pictured below is the in-store advertisement for their new steak fajita egg taco, alongside the actual patheticunfulfilling barely filled steak taco, featuring maybe two bits (not bites) of steak! Oh, and I added cheese

The food here is disgusting. A sloppy, greasy mess. This is NOT authentic Mexican food. This is taco bell if you ordered taco bell from wish . It was absolutely horrendous.

This Mexican restaurant holds a special place in my family 's heart. To be perfectly honest, even if they decided to double their prices, it wouldn 't deter me from coming here. Their level of service outshines what you find in many supposedly 'high-end ' establishments, and I 've had the privilege of dining at some of the most expensive ones. It 's a testament to this restaurant 's excellence that my family from Canada goes to great lengths to make the journey just for a meal here. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Marco and Victor, who displayed an exceptional blend of professionalism and friendliness. As a business owner with two enterprises, I can confidently say that if they were a part of my team, I would have no hesitation in promoting them to top management positions.

So why not? I got finished at the gym, already in a caloric deficit so let's get some tacos! Rosa's is always quick, easy and painless until the guilt at the next gym session. I'll save that for my therapist! Maybe they likes Rosa's too? It's just jokes everyone! I got the spicy sausage and egg plate. Service is always consistent and friendly. It will get you fueled for the day.
