Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory - Frisco

Rosa's is one of the best Mexican restaurants out there. Prices are reasonable and food is superb. Very clean and authentic Mexican atmosphere (lots of colors).Food: 5/5

Food is okay, going inside to eat is always better. The drive thru employees need more training! I always get my food flipped upside down or all over and open in the bag. They gave me my correct order but also gave me someone else's order, all spilled everywhere. I'd give the drive thru a zero score.Food: 3/5

I ordered the Chile Verde breakfast bowl. Yummmmm! The pork was tender and bursting with flavor. Everyone was very pleased with their meal and the food was ready quickly. The chips were stale, which cost them the fifth star in my book. I love me some crunchy crisp chips with Mexican food. We will be back though.Food: 4/5

Second time we have been there and the food was delicious. It was quiet inside so we got everything quickly. My daughter and I normally don’t like refried beans but they were good. And of course we finished everything off with sopapillas. Sweet tea was good too.Food: 5/5
