Spelunker's Frozen Custard And Cavern Burgers

Spelunker's owner and marketing staff were really cool to make me a halloween shooting with Mr. Bones. He went through how to cook a patty right, bring the truck safe, help customers with their orders and even hanged up to a lunch break!

Spelunkers was a joy! The burgers were certainly fresh, very juicy and cooked to absolute perfection. Minimal toppings allows for star, beef patty, to shine! The frits were salted perfectly and not excessively fat. The sweet tea was perfect golden sweet tea. I'm sure I'm back.

Delicious burgers! The fish and chips ordered and would not order it again. But their burgers and custards (for whom they are known) are right! My family and I love it when we're in the area.

This place has the best burgers I've ever had. In and out can not hold a candle on it and Jack in the Boxburgers pale in comparison. Your offers are tasty and juicy. Do not let the young staff fool you, they are friendly and on point. Although the journey through the line looks long, I have never waited for my order for more than four or five minutes. After the discovery of this facility, I converted 5 of my friends here to the burgers. You can find succulent burgers, crispy pommes and delicious Custard in Front Royal.

First time visiting and ordered for the 3 of us. Ordered 1 cavern single combo, 1 cavern double combo, and 1 kids combo. The raw cut fries were great and plenty of them. The burgers were delicious but very greasy. For desert the kids meal comes with a frozen custard (which was a generous portion for our little guy) which he wanted the Special of the Day, Caramel Apple. After taste testing it ourselves (it was great) he devoured it. Vanilla custard swirled with caramel and chunks of apple and nuts. We also ordered a Single Scoop Vanilla Waffle cone to split between the two of us. After the meal a single scoop was more than enough. I would definitely recommend, but come with a big appetite.
