Papa Johns Pizza - Fruit Cove

We have ordered pizza from this restaurant twice in the last two weeks and both times the crust was bad. What is happening? I have had frozen pizza that tasted better than this. Is this the standard quality from this establishment?

In my recent experiences ordering from this restaurant, I have been disappointed with the quality of the pizza. Despite my request for a well-done pizza, it has come out undercooked each time. The pizza has been lacking in toppings, and on one occasion, there was even no sauce. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from here again. Update as of 3/24: I decided to give this restaurant another chance, but it seems that either the pizza recipe has changed or this store simply cannot get it right. The pizza was extremely lacking in cheese and toppings.
