Burger King

I asked for water for my dog but they refused. I mentioned that I always make sure to feed and hydrate my pet before myself, and even offered to pay for the water, but the staff flat out told me no.

This restaurant has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They do not listen and become hostile when they make a mistake. When I tried to address the issue, they were rude and turned away while I was speaking. Additionally, instead of trying to help when I was trying to explain the mistake they made, the staff member laughed in my face, making the situation even worse. This location is the only Burger King near me, but after multiple attempts, I have decided it is not even worth going there anymore. They really need to improve their service.
