Walked in to immediately be told the lobby is closed but the door isn't locked. No apology just a nasty stare from the teenage girl behind the counter. Never been to a Tim Hortons and was looking forward to trying it. Would never give this location a penny

Recently stopped here on my way home from a road trip. Since we don't have Tim Hortons where I live, I was anxious to check it out. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. Although they had a very good doughnut selection as you'd expect, if you prefer tea over coffee, then this isn't your cup of tea. At first, I was hoping to get an iced chai latte, but I didn't see that on the menu. My next choice which I though I'd seen, but had read incorrectly, was an iced matcha latte. It turned out what I had read was for an iced mocha latte which I did not want. instead, I ended up going with unsweetened iced tea which may be healthier than the first two beverages I mentioned, but it wasn't what I wanted. Since I got a box of a dozen doughnuts to go and a cup to carry my iced tea, I theoretically needed a bag (assuming it had handles) to carry the box of doughnuts. Instead, I had to make two trips to my car (one for the doughnuts, another for the iced tea). You may wonder why I didn't use the drive-thru, but it's because I wanted to see which doughnuts were in stock as this was my first time at a Tim Hortons.

Ordered for takeout. They had nothing ready, so I waited an additional 15 minutes for the order. Then they completely forgot to give us our six pack of Greek yogurt and cherry pastries. First and last time customer.

Just wanted to sprint here and combat any negative reviews this place might get today. I’ve always had a good experience here and my order is always accurate. I never expect $5 worth of chips as a substitute for something they don’t even serve like chili. The manager stays professional with every customer. If I wanted $5 worth of chips I would go next door to CVS or across the street to Sheetz and get my chips and not just sit in the lot and complain to every customer going in that they’re about to be ripped off. Nah, this Tim Hortons does right, everytime. Don’t listen to the haters. Sincerely, The guy who witnessed it all.

Can't drive passed the store without stopping every morning. Love my coffee and donuts. The breakfast sandwiches are amazing also!!
