Feedback gevenI was hesitant to go here because of all the negative reviews. I ordered pizza through the website, and when I went to pick it up at the time promised, it was ready and everything was as ordered. Definitely will be returning and I’m glad I tried it despite all the negative reviews.
This place needs several lessons in customer service!! A few weeks ago there was the most awful interaction between a customer and a couple of employees here. The customer had a paid for order. Picked it up. It included a drink. He grabbed a 2 liter and walked out. The two employees, I think one was a manager, accosted him, and grabbed his receipt saying they wanted to look at it. Then told him he didn 't order a 2 liter, it showed a 20 oz drink on his receipt. The guy was like, I 'm so sorry, I thought I ordered a 2 liter, calmly, I might add, which I understand, their drink ordering system is a weird mess!! Then the 'manager ' yelled at him, You 're not going to steal from us . Poor guy was like, okay? He legit looked like he didn 't know what was going on. Is this how you train your managers and employees to treat customers?? If so, I will never order from here again. I hope the guy calls corporate to complain. Legit this place needs some training in customer service. It was embarrassing and I hope the guy never goes back. There is no way he was stealing. Like I said their drink ordering system is truly messed up. Maybe fix that instead of making unfounded accusations!!
This place on Port Royal is always busy and backed up. Order in advance if you are in a hurry, it could be delayed!
Ordered 15 pizzas at $153.00 for a birthday party and called a week in advance to place an order and called 3 hours before pick up time to make sure order would be ready and was met with a wait and then the order was wrong and when I said this I was met with 1 of the rudest laziest cashiers ever who stated its not his problem. He was slinging the utensils as well as my pizzas, and after bad attitudes, I was told I couldn't pay in cash as they don't take 100 or 50 in bills something that should have been said up front. The only thing that saves it some what is Jason the manager apologizing and helping me take the pizza to the truck as lazy rude front staff just tossed them on the counter and walked away...
Incompetent, rude staff more concerned with playing graba in the kitchen than making pizzas. Buyer beware. Wouldn't be shocked if this location was a means of hiding more nefarious sources of revenue. Hard to believe that their food service business is viable.
