Cattlemens Restaurants: Redding In Redd

Prime rib is tricky. I was there early so mine was raw. The server took it to sizzle and came back raw again. I can eat tartare so I was okay but the cowboy steak (ribeye) is the better pick.

We tried Salmon and Sirloin, were not super happy with the quality of the meats

This is about the best in town for a steak. Their wait staff does a great job. Page makes an amazing old fashioned. The steaks are always cooked as they should be, and the sides are delish. Their desserts are wonderful, but usually, after tucking in a 2 lb porterhouse and drinking 50 oz of beer, i rarely have room for anything else. Will be there again!

Isaac was our server Monday July 22 dinner time. Can I just say outstanding give the whole place a 10/10 the cleanliness the prompt service his attitude the food… My husband and I have never been to cattleman’s so we were in town and said let’s try it, so glad we did Isaac was just outstanding can’t say enough, as a waitress for many years is so refreshing to see a smiling face and outstanding customer service. We will definitely be back!!!!!

We arrived and were told 20 minute wait and so we agreed to wait. We checked our wait time at 45 minutes just in case they forgot us.As we waited We noticed parties arriving quite sometime after us without reservations like us being taken in front of us At 50 minutes they took us to table next to the kitchen door. I requested a table across from that table and was told it needed to cleaned and escorted us back to the waiting area and said a couple minutes and they would seat us. 10 minutes later the hostess notified us that the server for that are went on a break. 20 minutes later finally seated. This is an incompetent group of customer service representatives. I've been served here now repetitious for 6 years. All good things must come to an end
