Moe's Southwest Grill - Gainesville

After paying over $20 for a big burrito and queso, the burrito looks like a child's meal, as the remains have just been stuck in my burrito. There were hardly any chips in total, this is absolutely disappointing.

I expect to be here in the bathroom all night after dinner. This place is really on the hill. Food looks and tastes terrible. God bless my colon.

Has a great culinary experience in this moes. There was a mistake at our end in order, but the manager repaired it for us and I was blown away how friendly she was!

Staff carry Airpods while taking orders and creating basic inquiries. Fully of basic elements. When everyone came in the back room, no one at the front counter, had to wait until someone ever comes. During this time they managed to burn a ton of food on the grill, which had to be wasted. When I finally got my food, I realized that the employees piled around a pound and a half of the beans on a single nacho. Too much as I asked for a normal amount. The food was extremely dirty. Cashier also screwed me up and accused me more than paying. Terrible service

Last night was the WORST visit we've ever had at Moe's!!! They had No salsa out to eat with our chips... and at first told us they were out of chips until 1 of the other employees went to the back and got some more...No beans at all for our burritos/quesadillas ....and seemed very unhygienic when making our food... The restaurant just seemed dirty. I got no tomatoes on one of the burritos and my son said there was still tomatoes in it. We eat at other Moe's locations and have always had A food and service but this location/visit was very unsatisfactory for the money spent! Their women's restroom was out of order as well so we had to guard the men's room to use the potty. The men's restroom really smelled like urine and was dirty. The staff was friendly but we were in there for 30min just to make our food and there was literally 1 other family already sitting down and that's it for the whole store so not really sure what was the reason for the slow food service. Again, a very unsatisfactory experience.
