Mcdonald's - Gaithersburg

What a bad customer service I get on this site today, I have ordered from the app, I before mcdonalds, than shown in the app ready for pickup. but the customer servicewoman asked to go ahead and I explained to her that I would wait on the window that she was annoyed and she said to give hot water instead of coffee, really that is a gott customer service? I pay for 9 drinks that they do not give free, which is why I have received this dishonest answer? and that is not the first time that it seems rude, so I decided to give this review, hope that someone does something about it.

The last two times that our family is here, there were groups of teenagers loud and repeatedly swear. I wouldn't recommend if you had younger children.

They should honestly put a sign saying when the dine-in closes i just wanted to get a meal and was rudely told off that it was closed id give this place 0 stars if i could and the staff needs to learn some manners

I usually get their fries with barbecue sauce and soda and I enjoy it.Joe.

THE MANAGER AND EMPLOYEES ARE SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL !! There were hoodlums in there using a lot of profanity and the manager was standing right next to them . He was fine as they sat on the railing while they hung around waiting for food just cussing and being very loud and rude . I will recommend no one use this location anymore .
