Girl with the flower tattoo on her wrist gave my order to her two friends (jack Harlow will smith lookalikes) in front of me and never gave me my order then kicked me out after 20min.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle. I got a hamburger with sautéed onions egg McGriddle. Truly the worst thing I ever took a bite of. I thought I was going to have a great morning breakfast but ended up wanting to throw up everywhere because of it. I highly recommend checking your order carefully before leaving. I did check my receipt after taking a bite and it said sausage egg and cheese McGriddle. I get food is made wrong. But hamburger and sautéed onion on a McGriddle isn’t even anything offered on the menu. Oh I payed via the kiosk inside so it’s not like someone entered it wrong. I hope the trash can I put it in enjoyed it more than I did.Parking: Along the building and to the side. Probably 40 parking spots

Went through the drive through at 8:05 and cashed out at 1st window and moved to second, waited about 3 mins and they told me they messed up my sandwich and pulled me, didn’t give me my drinks or anything, didn’t say what they were waiting on, the manger ran me out my drinks about 20 mins later and told me they were waiting on fresh crispy’s and they take 7 mins but only have 3 left, absolutely ridiculous that i waited almost half an hour for crispy’s and soggy fries, please work on the customer service also..staff is not friendly at all.

How appalling it was on Friday night April 5th about 10 PM when a fight almost broke between customers employees. 4 customers were waiting when I walked in to order. All had theirs except the oldest was waiting for his latte. They all had been waiting quite some time for their orders apparently. By my estimate, maybe 12 14 min. or longer. I 'd only been able to tell if I could look their receipt. Eventually a cashier came to take my order. I placed a made to order request. The cashier asked what that was so I told her. She gave me my change along w/ the promo receipt I used for a BOGO sandwich, not my order receipt.Shortly thereafter, an employee brought out a fish sandwich for the oldest of the party. He already had his sandwich...he was waiting for his latte! This irritated him. Eventually a latte was brought to him but in between, name calling ensued tempers flared as well as threats made. The parents ushered their child Dad out. Employees made a quick dash to lock the doors so these customers did not return. Two young girls myself moved to the front of the store to get out of the way of this unfolding incident. It could all have been defused if someone in charge had offered some type of consideration for their inconvenience...hot fudge sundaes, apple pies, medium fries, or a complete refund! Things could have settled down quickly. But, no. Don 't think anyone had authority to do so. Did not seem to be anyone over 21 there! And I didn 't get my MTO sandwiches. 1) the document attached to bag made no mention of it as usually is the case; 2) they were barely lukewarm when I got home about a 90 sec. drive away. Bad experience all around. Will be very long time before I return here if EVER!!!

If you try to customize anything, dont. what you tell them is just a suggestion. they make it how they see fit.
