Mcdonald's - Garfield Hts

One of the worst locations. Rude staff. Never opens on time. Closes early .

I stopped going to this McDonald's because every other time I'm there I pull in they tell me to hold on wait a minute and then 2 minutes later somebody else pulls into the next drive-thru and they take their order first. I'd rather just go across the street to Arby's where there's one drive through.Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly the whole area smells like weed

Young lady in drive through window playing in her hair no one wearing gloves or hairnets with hair down to their ankles. When you pull up to the window if your food is not ready they will let you sit there wondering what the wait is, Then they come to the window and ask you what is your order.

The manager charity was rude and refused to recook my food after they gave my food to the car in front of me and then tried to give it to me. Then the customer service rep didn't want to serve me that bad food so another customer service rep decided to serve it to me. When I refused to accept it he got mad and was rude. Then the manager came out and she was rude after I left I discovered by tasting the food that it was the old food they they tried to give me the first time. I went back and she refused to give me my money or new food. I called the police and that's how how I found out her name was charity. charity was the one who didn't recook my food the first time and brought it out to me with a chocolate milk I didnt order with an attitude. All of this happened because the crew didn't want to work they were too busy playing with the manager I left empty- hand so they stole money from me and gave me rotten Foods

Very Friendly, good service and food just as I ordered and freshly made.
