Subway - Garland

I have a cold-cut combo foot long when I came home it was only Bologna! Like the Mayo was old! I ate 3 bites then offered it to my dog, he wouldn't eat it!!! Food: 1/5

One of the workers is grumpy, who also gave me old salad, which was not asked and did not listen efficiently to the customer.

Be careful to close early! All signs say they close at 10 o'clock. I'm here at 9:40 a.m., lights are on, workers inside, but he's already closed the doors. I understand people are ready to go home for the day. I literally drove out of the way for this place because the posted hours say 10 a.m. If you do not want to serve customers CHANGE your POSTED HOURS! It's so unthinkable. It should be time for closure procedure AFTER 10pm, this is the standard for food services. Get it together!

The solo worker Juan was awesome, even since he was on overtime and been there all day. Did great with our sandwhiches. Thanks!

My main issues with this location are that they have some (not all) rude or lazy staff that will make you stand and wait while they do some task that can wait or are on their phone. My main issue with this location is that I have now shown up at least 20 minutes before closing and they are already closed. Door is locked and when you get the attention of an employee they just glance at you and keep doing what they are doing rather than giving an explanation. Don't post a closing time of 9:00 pm then close way before that. Post your actual closing time so people don't waste time and gas to drive there for no reason!
