The interieur is cozy enough if something overwhelming with unnecessary detail: vasen, carafes, swarovski crystals, tree trunks and not. So let's go to jagd. the menu, I thought, was quite excellent. no nonsense, a handful of selected dishes. waiting for the courses I could spread in sourdough bread with garlic butter and hut cheese I had sour suppe, żurek and duck. the suppe was in the did a rich, nutritious stew, prepared on ripening, garnished with freshly ground pfeffer and vigilant. I would treat much more sour, but also mild is good. the duck was prepared quite like German classics; with red cabbage and fruity (raspberry) puree. complete with potato wedges and apples from the many. I have welcomed the need to chew the cauliflower a little, otherwise I would ask myself what I had been referring to. the duck was very soft and juicy, sprinkled with sunflower sprouts and freshly ground pfeffer overall surprisingly unpretentious, perfectly satisfying and very affordable.
